My husband and I both take this vitamin daily. It tastes great with just the slightest bit of bite(which for vitamin C is always going to be the case). I will only take the Vitafusion Gummies because my tummy can't handle the way other vitamin C vitamins are. These are gentle and yummy so its a win-win situation.
